Students, parents, and tutors share Knoiva. These rules keep classroom lessons, messages, and tasks focused on learning and safe for families.

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or bullying in messages, session notes, tasks, reviews, or live class. Speak to students, parents, and tutors the way you would in a supervised classroom.
Book, pay, and message inside Knoiva. Do not share personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, or private email to continue lessons or take payment outside Knoiva. Join Knoiva Classroom from the session page. Do not replace it with a personal meeting room.
Tutors help students understand the work. They must not complete tests or graded assignments in the student’s name, write essays to be turned in as the student’s own, or help anyone cheat. Task files may be checked for originality. Parents should not ask tutors to bypass school rules.
Parents are responsible for how a linked child uses the platform. Learners under 13 should not be left in unsupervised 1:1 contact outside the booked classroom session and in-app messages. If a child’s account was created without a parent, tell support immediately.
We may warn, hide content, suspend, or permanently close accounts. Serious harm, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to move a child off-platform can lead to an immediate ban and, where required, a report to authorities. Read Safety for how to report, and Terms for account rules.
