1. Create a parent account
Sign up at parent registration. You are the account holder. Do not let a child under 13 create a solo login.
2. Link each child
Invite a student 13+ by email, or add an under-13 learner directly. Linking is required before you book or pay on their behalf. One parent login can hold several children.
3. Find a tutor and book
Search tutors by level and subject, or send a Get Quote homework task. Checkout shows tuition plus the service fee. Study Coins are checkout credit only.
4. Stay in the loop
Follow attendance, tutor notes, and spend. Messages stay on Knoiva with PII blocking. Recordings (when available) sit in the Recording Library for a limited time. Calendar: parents only if a linked child is under 13.
